The OVOMAMA website at https://ovomama.com (hereinafter the Website) is an information service providing information about the activities of medical institutions offering assisted reproductive technology services and prospective surrogate mothers.

By using the Website, users confirm that they have read this Policy and agree to comply with its provisions.

Purpose and status of the Website:

1. The Website is not a medical or legal institution.

2. The Website does not provide medical or legal services and does not act as an intermediary in surrogacy.

3. All contacts between users (surrogate mothers, clinics, agencies, egg donors and parents) are made independently and at their own risk.

- Categories of users:

1. Surrogate mothers/egg donors: individuals considering participation in a surrogacy programme.

2. Medical institutions/clinics: legal entities or individuals providing assisted reproductive technology services.

Individuals/parents: users seeking information or services related to surrogacy.

Users undertake all actions at their own risk. The Administrator does not guarantee the outcomes of communications between users.

- Registration and account;

1. Registration is required to use the Website's functionality.

2. Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information.

3. Creating accounts on behalf of other persons without their consent is prohibited.

4. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials (login and password) confidential.

- Prohibited actions:

Users are prohibited from:

1. Using the Website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

2. Distributing spam, commercial advertising or other unsolicited materials.

3. Publishing information that violates the law or the rights of third parties.

4. Insulting, harassing or threatening other users.

5. Using automated systems or bots to collect data from the Website.

- User liability:

1. Users undertake all actions at their own risk.

2. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish in their profiles or questionnaires.

3. Users are responsible for the consequences of their interactions with other users.

- Administrator liability:

The Website Administrator is not liable for:

1. The outcomes of interactions between users;

2. The accuracy or completeness of information published by users;

3. Data loss or temporary unavailability of the Website for technical reasons;

4. The actions of third parties who have gained access to users' data against the Administrator's will.

The Administrator reserves the right to:

- Block or delete accounts and content that violate the Policy;

- Change the terms of use without prior notice;

The Ukrainian version of this document is the original. The English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, conflict or difference in interpretation between the Ukrainian and English versions, the Ukrainian version, including its wording, shall prevail.
